Usually you do so well. Not so today. I ordered sweet potato roll...I got cabbage roll. I ordered a bubble tea...got no straw (seriously, how do you drink bubble tea without the straw?!!). Do better next time.

Food was GREAT, delivery was punctual and followed directions on procedure to get food. Only recommendation would be to put something (cardboard or something) in the bottom of plastic bag before placing tray of food with liquids in it. A LOT of the liquid from the order was in the bottom of the bag and not IN the food when arrived. Overall VERY PLEASED.

Bento Cafe has been a favorite of ours since we have lived in Indianapolis. All of the employees are very friendly and the food is absolutely fantastic. You will not leave hungry!

Food was good but the bubble tea specials don't actually include bubble tea with the food. "We don't know why the website says that" is what I was told when picking up my food. I ended up ordering bubble tea separately and was charged $3. Someone needs to either update the menu and specials on here or honor them.
